CATA Research and Education Committee

Mission Statement
The mission of Connecticut Athletic Trainers’ Association Research and Education Committee is to remain student centered while providing undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity for diverse learning experiences. The committee is charged with promoting student involvement, community education, and interaction within the state, district, and national levels.

Strategic Directions:

1. Increase the involvement of Connecticut undergraduate and graduate students at state,
    district, and national workshops/symposiums/meetings.

2. Establish relationships between Connecticut Athletic Training Education Programs.

3. Promote athletic training student leadership and volunteer opportunities and highlight
    athletic training student achievements
